How payment works
No card at sign-up. When you are ready, subscribe in the app and pay through CHIP by debit or credit card, or by FPX online banking for a yearly plan. Your plan then renews until you cancel.
- Register and try it free. Create your company account at hrwork.my/register. You get 90 days with full access to every feature. No card needed.
- Choose your plan in Billing. Sign in as your company's admin or HR manager, open Billing and pick Starter (RM59/month or RM590/year), Growth (RM99/month or RM990/year) or Ultimate (RM499/month or RM4,990/year). There are no setup fees.
- Pay through CHIP. You pay on CHIP's secure checkout page by debit or credit card; a yearly plan can also be paid by FPX online banking. Your card and banking details go to CHIP, never to us, and we never see or store your card number.
- Access is activated. As soon as CHIP confirms the payment, your plan is active on your existing account, and your data stays exactly where it is. If your plan isn't active within 24 hours, contact us and we'll sort it out.
- Receipts by email. CHIP emails a receipt for every payment, and the Billing page lists all your payments.
- Renewal. Paid by card? The card is saved and charged automatically at the start of each month or year, at your plan's price, until you cancel. Paid another way? We email a payment link a week before each renewal. If a renewal isn't paid, your team keeps working for 7 days while we remind you; after that the account is locked until it is paid (your data is kept).
- Change or cancel any time. Switch plan, pay a renewal early, remove your saved card or cancel from Billing. When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and you are not charged again.

Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new company gets a 90-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is needed to register; you only add a card when you subscribe to a plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Change plan any time from Billing in the app. An upgrade starts straight away and you pay the price difference for the rest of your current period; a downgrade starts at your next renewal.
What payment methods do you accept?
Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) for any plan, and FPX online banking for yearly plans, through CHIP's secure checkout. Pay by card and renewals are charged to it automatically until you cancel; otherwise we email a payment link before each renewal. See How payment works.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No lock-in. Pay monthly or yearly and cancel any time from Billing in the app; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and your card is not charged again. A yearly plan costs 10 months of the monthly price (2 months free). See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
